Chance loves James Bond. After years of being drug to James Bond movies by men, my father, dates, boyfriends and husband, I feel like I should be able to just say no. Chance considers that an emotional betrayal so I tag along.

The last movie was a complete waste of time, time spent with a dramatic Bond I barely recognized. The constant talk of recasting him as a woman, a different ethnicity, or trans hasn’t boosted my opinion of the franchise. But the real achievement is they’ve turned off Chance.
