None of this sustainable development takes into account individual rights, let alone the practical problems disabled people would encounter.

Councilman: We're a smart city now! That road is closed.

Grandma: But it's too far to walk!
Councilman: Take the bus!

Grandma: That bus route is three hours long.
Councilman: Fine! Drive! But you'll have to circle around the city.

Grandma: But her house is right over there.
