Panel 1:
Chance: Bought this, but now I'm told it's the wrong size.
Customer Rep: That's not returnable.
Panel 2:
Chance: I asked if size mattered and they told me no. The mistake is yours.
Customer Rep: My employees aren't required to give you accurate information.
Panel 3:
Chance: How else do I know what to buy?
Panel 4:
Customer Rep: Look! It's not my job to help you. My job is to sell you as much stuff as I can.
Chance: Well, that's clear.
